I used to work at a large website called Zelda Universe. About a month and a half ago, I joined back up on the staff team and began doing random bug fixes and such for the site. And now, but you’ll never believe it, I have purchased that very same website. I am now the owner of Zelda Universe.

Honestly, I don’t know what more to say – I’m so happy right now, not just because ZU will provide stable income through college for me, but because after 3.5 years at that site, I can finally legitimately call it my own. So now ZU will appear down under the “sitely” area of my blog, and ZU will be the talk of many things – because it’s my ZU, and working on it gives me joy.

How did I get the money to pay the obscenely high $75,000 price tag? Thanks, mom. So, what’s going to pay dear old mom back? Yes, the site revenue, hopefully in two or so years. If I work it right, I could have the site paid off in less. Until then, all of the site’s income legally goes to her, and once she has the 75K back, I will assume legal ownership of the website. great deal, right? A momloan is far nicer and friendlier than a bankloan. I owe her my infinite thanks.

So feel free to read my newspost about my return. Feel free to read the comments. Or feel free to read the thread in the forum, which has over 42,000 registered users. Because this is the start of a new experience for me – owning a super large website. Wish me luck!
