Experience
Webmaster/Owner, Zelda Universe; www.zeldauniverse.net — 2004-Present
For two years I administered the website and all its operations, until I buckled down and purchased the business. I now own and operate Zelda Universe, which is the largest online database of information about The Legend of Zelda series of video games. It has a community of over 54,000 members, a daily reach of over 350,000 people, and a staff of over 50 content writers, journalists, and discussion board moderators.
Webmaster/Owner, Zelda Wiki.org; www.zeldawiki.org — 2005-Present
In April 2005 I founded this website, which has since entered into collaborations with ten Zelda fan-sites, a partnership with StrategyWiki.org, and discussed deals with the founder of Wikia.com, partner to the founder of Wikipedia. The site has grown to become the largest and most active Wiki-based repository of The Legend of Zelda information, and appears in most Google search results for anything related to The Legend of Zelda.
Camp / Bus Counselor, Meadowbrook Country Day Camp; Chester, NJ — 2004-2005
I worked as a “bus counselor”, monitoring children during the bus rides to and from camp. In addition, I was a camp counselor supervising a group of about twenty seven and eight-year-olds.

I’m currently a sophomore enrolled in Lehigh University’s Integrated Business and Engineering Honors Program, with a declared major in Mechanical Engineering.

Extracurricular Activities
The Jason Effect; www.thejasoneffect.net — 2008

National Novel Writing Month; www.nanowrimo.org — 2006-Present
Participants join authors from around the world every November to celebrate writing by compiling a 50,000-word rough draft novel in only 30 days. My first year with NaNoWriMo produced a 53,000-word novel (Secured), my second year an 81,000-word novel (Faceless), my third year a 107,000-word novel (Spawn), and my fourth year a 122,000-word beast entitled The Typist. I am currently editing and seeking publication of The Typist. The original drafts of Faceless, Spawn, and The Typist are all readable from my blog.
Tenor Section Leader / Presidential Candidate, Ridge High A Capella Choir — 2004-2008
For four years, the Ridge High School choral arts program made life worth living. My experiences with the choir proved life-changing, and led to me becoming the leader of the tenor section and a mentor amongst incoming choirmates.
Summer Experiences
Lehigh University Choir Tour; Portugal — 2009
The Lehigh University Choir performed four concerts over a ten-day period in Portugal in cities surrounding the greater Lisbon area. The entire tour was comprised of 71 people, including its two directors Dr. Steven Sametz and Debra Fields.
Drexel Engineering Summer Mentorship Program — 2007
With Dr. Gregory Fridman guiding me, I worked on a NASA-funded project for three weeks designing and building a non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma-wielding robot. The robot used said plasma to sterilize surfaces, with the intent to eventually traverse the surfaces of NASA spacecrafts after their reentry into Earth. This would destroy any foreign organisms that may have survived reentry, ensuring no alien diseases infect our planet.
American Music Abroad Red Tour — 2006
Myself, the Ridge High School choir, and its director Barbara Retzko packed up and shipped out to five countries in Europe, performing with several other northeastern US schools in Austria, Italy, Switzerland, France and Germany during a three-week period. The choir and orchestra were comprised of roughly 150 students who performing in select cities.
Hobbies + Interests
I do more than graphic design. I have quite a diversified range of interests, spanning the gamut from novel-writing to mechanical tinkering. Here are just some of the things I enjoy doing in my spare time.
Studying the General Sciences
Give me an interesting topic to read about, and I’ll never stop. I’ve had obsessions with antimatter and particle physics, plasma science, general relativity, n-dimensional space, and more.
Engineering
See “Drexel Summer Mentorship” below; I love making things with my hands and running through potential designs for mechanical devices.
Electronics
I tinker with electronic devices and computers. I’ve built several computers myself.
Web Development / Website Management
See Zelda Universe and Zelda Wiki.org under “Experience,” and take a look at my graphic design and web development skills while you’re there.
Painting / Drawing / Sketching
I followed a four-year long art curriculum in high school. Traditional fine arts have become a part of me I will never give up, no matter how much graphic design I undertake.
Singing / Playing Piano / Music in General
I record both my own playing through a MIDI input on my computer, and create MIDI’s through Sonar 8 on Windows and Logic Pro on Mac. After I’ve finished recording or composing, I apply realistic VST instruments to the notation.
Writing (Short Stories + Novels)
See National Novel Writing Month above. I also have a vast library of my own short stories, and am currently seeking publication.
Photography
I use my photos as references for paintings and drawings. More recently, my photographs have become art pieces of their own. I also keep a vast library of my shoots in Adobe Lightroom, and do a good deal of digital manipulation in Photoshop.
Community Service
I’ve done a good bit of community service. I always enjoy giving back.

For several years I helped to serve a Christmas meal to senior citizens.
American Diabetes Association — 2006-2007
I participated in a walk for diabetes, as well as donated money to the foundation.
American Diabetes Association — 2007
My younger brother and I organized a pancake breakfast to raise funds for the ADA.
National Honors Society Tutor — 2007-2008
I tutored freshman and sophomore high school students for two years as a part of the National Honors Society program, aiding students in subjects such as mathematics and introductory physics.
